PROVIDERS
Travel Care Services is the insurance carrier for several foreign Health Insurances.
For All Patients: Travel Care Services is affiliated to a PPO plan.
Travel Care Services is using different PPO Networks DEPENDING of the STATE.
For All States:
Primary PPO Network:
Direct Contract with Travel Care Services
Secondary PPO Network:
Could be
Interplan, Multiplan
PPO, Beechstreet ( A Viant Network), Dimension, HAA /Affiliated (CCN, PHCS)
DEPENDING of the STATE
GENERALS RULES:
If you are not affiliated to
any of those PPO plans (see above), patient has no coverage.
If you joined one of the PPOs
above, you have no co payment, and no deductible.
If you are in a network, Travel
Care Services is paying 100% of the PPO allowable amount.
Restriction or Limitations
Chiropractic: NO COVERAGE, NO REFUND
Physical Therapy: 4 Cessions PER YEAR, unless FU surgery.
MRI and Scanner:
Require Pre Certification, a copy of
the doctor’s prescription is necessary.
Dentist: Implants are not COVERED.
Unless the dentist has a Direct Contract with Travel Care Services, we are not covering any dental Care.
We accept now dentist with
Interplan Corp, BUT ONLY IN CALIFORNIA.
Pregnancy: only three ultra sons per pregnancy. (Unless medical necessity, but medical report is needed)
Drugs and medicine: Not covered, patient’s responsibility
Authorization:
Needed
for Inpatient or Outpatient procedure, Surgery, MRI or Scanner.
